David W. Moye has twenty-eight years experience trying cases. In the public sector he has served as an Assisant U.S. Attorney, General Courts-Martial Judge for the United States Marine Corps, and Deputy Attorney General for Health Care Fraud and Economic Crimes for the State of Florida. He has been an equity partner in the state-wide firm of Fowler White Boggs Banker, P.A., as well as a Tallahassee based personal injury firm.
Tracy P. Moye began her legal career twenty-seven years ago as a Lieutenant in the Judge Advocate General's Corps. She has multi facetted legal experience which has included prosecuting child abuse, representing the State of Florida in major land litigation, pursuing claims for individuals whose property was contaminated by industry, and protecting the rights of the elderly and developmentally disabled.

Our office is located on 527 East Park Avenue in Tallahassee. We are available 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekday, and we can meet evenings or weekends, by appointment.
